Who can join
The research tiers have a gate. Here is exactly what it is.
Stock Gladiator provides research to wholesale clients within the meaning of sections 708 and 761G of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). In practice that usually means net assets of at least A$2.5 million, or gross income of at least A$250,000 in each of the last two financial years, evidenced by a qualified accountant’s certificate. We verify eligibility before any research is provided — not after.
If that is not you, Spectator is genuinely free and genuinely useful: the methodology, the markets view, the Briefing summaries and the public record are open to everyone.

Are these prices final?
No — they are indicative until launch, and the page says so wherever a number appears. Final pricing is published here before anyone is billed. If prices change between now and launch, you will see it on this page first, not on an invoice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly memberships cancel in your account settings in about three clicks — no phone call, no retention script, no 'are you sure' maze. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and the public site stays free to you forever. Annual memberships run to the end of their term unless refunded under the policy below.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. There is no minimum term on monthly billing and no cancellation fee on anything. Annual is cheaper because you pay up front — that is the entire trick, and it is on the label.
How does wholesale verification work?
Before any research is provided, we verify that you qualify as a wholesale client under ss 708 / 761G — usually by sighting a qualified accountant's certificate confirming net assets of A$2.5 million or more, or gross income of A$250,000 or more in each of the last two financial years. Request access, our team confirms eligibility, and then your research tier is activated. Spectator needs no verification — it is open to everyone.
Do the prices include GST?
Prices are quoted in Australian dollars. GST treatment is confirmed alongside final pricing, and whatever you see at checkout is the whole amount — any GST line is shown before you pay, never added after. No surprise line items, ever.
What is your refund policy?
Our proposed policy — final terms are published before launch: if the research is not what you expected, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, monthly or annual. After that, monthly members simply cancel, and annual members can ask us about a pro-rata refund of unused full months. Nothing in our terms limits any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
Is annual actually cheaper, and can I switch?
Yes on both. Annual is priced at ten months — A$1,490 against A$1,788 of monthly Gladiator, A$4,990 against A$5,988 of monthly Legion — so two months free, no coupon hunting required. You can switch between monthly and annual at your next renewal from account settings.
Can I move between tiers?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and we credit the unused portion of what you have already paid. Downgrades apply from your next renewal, so you never lose time you have paid for. Moving between Gladiator and Legion needs no re-verification — your wholesale status carries over.

Every pick we publish stays on the record with its score and its outcome — including the ones we get wrong. Judge the tiers by that page, not this one.
